Manage your QuickBooks connection

This page explains disconnection. It does not change or verify your connection status.

Disconnect from Solidlio

Sign in to the correct MSP workspace, open Accounting → QuickBooks, and choose Disconnect. Solidlio stops using the connection and requests revocation from Intuit. If Intuit is temporarily unavailable, Solidlio securely retains the credential only to retry revocation; reconnecting becomes available after confirmation.

Disconnected from QuickBooks?

If you remove Solidlio’s access from QuickBooks Online, synchronization can no longer authenticate. Solidlio will show that reconnection is required when it next detects the revoked grant.

Reconnect

  1. Sign in to Solidlio as an administrator and select your MSP workspace.
  2. Open Accounting → QuickBooks and choose Connect to QuickBooks or Reconnect.
  3. Authorize the intended company on Intuit’s website and return to the same browser.
  4. Check your mappings and synchronization settings before resuming.

Records and deletion

Disconnecting does not delete business records in Solidlio or QuickBooks Online. To request deletion of Solidlio-held information, contact privacy@solidlio.com. See the data notice for retention and access details.
