Trials, upgrades and limits
- Trial
- 14 days on every paid plan below Enterprise. The free plan is free for as long as you use it.
- Upgrading
- Self-serve, prorated to the rest of your billing period. New limits apply as soon as payment goes through.
- Downgrading
- Applied at renewal, through support, so you keep what you paid for. Nothing is deleted when a plan gets smaller; you stop being able to add more.
- Hitting a limit
- The product tells you which plan lifts the limit and what it costs, and whether you can buy it yourself or need to ask your administrator.
- Annual billing
- Select annual billing to see the monthly equivalent and the full annual charge.
- Currencies
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. USD and EUR list prices exist for the plans that carry them.
- Missed payments
- An account that is cancelled, past due or suspended drops to the free plan, limits and features together.
- Managed clients
- Organizations can hold their own subscriptions. Some capabilities can use the primary provider’s entitlement; confirm the effective plan for each connected organization.
Before you pick a plan
Which plan family do we buy on?
A provider that looks after other companies buys an MSP plan; a business running its own IT buys an organization plan. The limits mean different things on each: an MSP plan counts client organizations and technician seats, an organization plan counts your own organizations and users.
How are seats counted?
One seat is included in the base price; each additional seat is the per-seat price shown. On MSP plans a seat is a technician. Organization plans have subscription seat limits and separate membership and contact limits. Ask us to confirm how your roles and users should be counted.
What is included on every plan?
Included on Free and every plan above it: ticketing and queues, customer portal, knowledge base, invoicing and payments, credit notes, quoting, purchasing and expenses, time tracking, document signing, audit trail, privacy and data rights, co-management with providers, monitoring and rmm connectors, glpi sync, sites, networks and ip addresses, scheduling, notifications, product catalogue and storefront, multi-currency. Paid plans add capacity and the capabilities in the comparison table.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Use the annual billing option above to see the monthly equivalent and annual charge for each published plan. Enterprise is quoted separately.
What does Enterprise include?
Expanded capacity for organizations, seats, assets and AI credits, single sign-on, full branding, and Solidlio attribution removed from your portal and emails. Commercial terms are quoted for your practice or organization.
What about support?
Contact us about platform support. Escalated technical work is a separate service: confirm scope, availability and charges before engaging a provider. No response hours or commitments are stated here.
