Accessibility

The pages on solidlio.com are designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Every page is checked with automated tooling on each release and walked through by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader. In particular:

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control and a skip link to the main content.
• Text and interface colours meet the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast minimums, including on the dark bands and for focus indicators.
• Pages reflow to a 320-pixel-wide viewport without horizontal scrolling; wide tables scroll inside their own container and are reachable from the keyboard.
• Every image has a text alternative, and photographs that are purely decorative are hidden from assistive technology.
• Headings follow a logical order, landmarks name each region, and tables carry captions and header cells.
• Interactive controls, including the plan comparison and the feature finder, announce their state and results to screen readers.
• Motion is limited to short, one-time transitions and is removed entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
• No content flashes, auto-plays or relies on colour alone to convey meaning.

Third-party content we link to, such as documentation hosted by integration partners, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

The Solidlio application is developed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Each release is tested with automated tooling across the provider, client and end-user portals and with keyboard walkthroughs of the main journeys, and accessibility defects are treated as bugs. A third-party audit and a formal conformance report have not yet been completed. If your organization needs one, ask us and we will discuss timing.

Known limitations we are working on:

• The drag-and-drop dispatch board does not yet have a full keyboard alternative; the same appointments can be created and moved from the appointment form.
• The mobile app has not yet been through a complete screen-reader review on iOS and Android.
