For internal IT teams

Your service desk. Your data. Providers by invitation.

The help desk, the asset register, the change process and the billing all live in an account your business owns. Bring in one provider, three, or none. Remove any of them in a single action and keep every record.

Free plan: one organization, three people, the full service desk and audit trail.

Ownership

What owning the account means in practice

Working with providers is included on every plan, including Free.

Who owns the data
Your organization, always, including after any provider is gone
Adding a provider
Enter their partner code, or accept their invitation. Nothing is shared until you accept
How many providers
As many as you want. You choose which one is primary
What a provider can reach
Your tickets, assets, projects and calendars. Your queues, SLA policies, numbering and payment settings stay yours
Removing one
One click, effective immediately. Nothing moves
Going it alone
End every provider relationship in one action and keep every ticket, asset, invoice and contract, with the same reference numbers
Your plan
Buy your own at any time, or use your primary provider's plan until you do
Day to day

Six things your team stops doing by hand

Each link goes to a page that describes the capability in detail, including what it does not do.

Intake

A portal your colleagues will use without being reminded

Requests start from a short category picker that sets the type and priority. As someone types, matching help articles appear, and the request is often answered before it is submitted. A person can report a problem with a device assigned to them in one click. The clock starts at intake, not at first touch.

Privacy

Internal notes that stay internal

Every comment is marked public, team-internal, provider-internal or escalation. Your team can discuss a request on the record without the requester reading it, and without your outside provider reading it either.

Estate

What you own, where it is, and what runs on it

Hardware from delivery to disposal. Software licences compared against what is installed. Buildings, floors, rooms, racks and vehicles. VLANs, subnets, IP addresses and DNS records, linked to the devices that use them.

Governance

Approvals that cannot be rewritten afterwards

A change request's required sign-offs are fixed when it is submitted, so editing the rule later cannot change who had to agree. Change advisory boards have their own quorum. Every administrative action is written to an audit trail with the person's name and role at the time.

Delivery

Projects, time and the invoice that follows

Scope, schedule, people, risks and billing on one project record, from the signed statement of work to the final invoice. Time is logged against tickets and tasks, approved by a manager, and only approved billable hours reach an invoice.

Identity

Your directory decides who gets in

Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. Provision and de-provision people automatically from Entra ID or Okta, with directory groups mapped to roles. Password accounts get authenticator-app two-factor with recovery codes.

Questions

What IT leads ask before signing anything

We have one provider today and are thinking about adding a second. What breaks?

Nothing. Any number of providers can work with you at once. One is primary: it bills you, brands your portal and covers your plan if you have none. Making a different provider primary moves the outgoing one to collaborator rather than cutting it off, so there is no gap in coverage.

If we leave a provider, what do we lose?

Nothing. The data was in your account all along. Ending the relationship is a single action on either side, your records keep their reference numbers, and the event is written to both audit trails.

Can we use Solidlio with no provider at all?

Yes. The business plans start free and run up to Enterprise, and a business with no outside provider uses the same service desk, asset register, projects and billing. Adding a provider later is an invitation you accept, not a migration.

What can our staff do without a licence for the admin side?

The end-user portal is a separate, simpler surface for everyone you employ: raise and follow requests, see the devices assigned to them with warranty and licence warnings, read the articles you publish, approve quotes, sign statements of work, pay invoices, and request a copy or deletion of their personal data.

How is Canadian sales tax handled?

GST, PST, HST and QST are calculated from your organization's own province, for all thirteen provinces and territories. Amounts are stored exactly, so a rounding difference never appears between the quote and the invoice.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Personal data exports in JSON or CSV are self-service on every plan, from every portal. Erasure requests run against a published list of record types and return a report of exactly what was affected.

Own the account first. Decide about providers later.

Start with your own team on the free plan. Invite a provider when you need one, and remove them when you do not.
