Domain records can include registration dates, expiry, auto-renew status, nameservers and transfer-lock information. DNS and TLS checks surface findings for review, and configurable reminders bring upcoming expiries to the people responsible.
Connect existing records or purchase through Solidlio
Add domains manually or connect a supported registrar to import records. Providers can place domains from a shared connection with the appropriate client organization. Registration and transfer through Tridacom’s domain services are separate from read-only registrar connections.
Keep renewals with the rest of IT
Domains appear in the renewal workspace alongside software licences, warranties, contracts and certificates. Record the context behind the renewal rather than keeping the date in a separate calendar.
Availability
Domain tracking is separate from connecting an external registrar. Registrar connections require MSP Growth or organization Professional and above. Domain purchasing depends on the platform service being enabled and the applicable commercial terms.
