Delete your Solidlio account

Request account deletion

Solidlio is operated by Tridacom IT Solutions Inc. You can request deletion in the Solidlio mobile app by opening Settings, choosing Privacy & Account, and selecting Request Account Deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@solidlio.com with the subject “Solidlio account deletion request” from the email address associated with your account. We will verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

What happens to your data

• Your Solidlio login and personal profile data are scheduled for deletion after a 30-day cooling-off period.
• You can cancel an in-app request during the cooling-off period from the same Privacy & Account screen.
• Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or business-integrity reasons may be retained or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy and contractual obligations.
• Customer content controlled by the organization that provided your account is handled under that organization’s instructions and privacy notice.
