Connect Solidlio to QuickBooks Online

What you can synchronize
Connect customers, invoices, payments and credit notes with your accounting workflow. Map items, vendors, bills, purchase orders and tax codes, then review synchronization status and resolve exceptions from the accounting workspace.
Choose mappings before enabling automatic synchronization. Available records and tax behaviour depend on your QuickBooks Online company settings and subscription. Recording a payment in accounting is separate from collecting money.
Before you connect
- A Solidlio plan with the QuickBooks integration enabled and an administrator role in the workspace.
- A QuickBooks Online subscription and permission to authorize access to the company.
- Reviewed account, customer and tax mappings. Our initial marketplace scope is Canada.

Connect and review
- Sign in to Solidlio and select your MSP workspace.
- Open Accounting → QuickBooks and choose Connect to QuickBooks.
- Authorize your company on Intuit’s website. Return to the same browser and Solidlio workspace to complete the connection.
- Review mappings and sync settings, run a controlled sync, and check the resulting records in both applications.
Your connection and data
You authorize access through Intuit; Solidlio does not ask for your Intuit password. Signing out of Solidlio leaves scheduled synchronization enabled. Use Disconnect in the QuickBooks workspace to stop synchronization and revoke access.
Disconnecting does not delete invoices or other business records already stored in either application. Read our QuickBooks data notice and privacy policy. External AI is restricted for workspaces that can contain QuickBooks data.
