QuickBooks data notice

Last updated: September 9, 2026. This notice supplements our privacy policy and terms of service.

Purpose and access

Solidlio uses authorized company and accounting information to provide account mapping, synchronization, reconciliation and related accounting workflows. Records may include customers, suppliers, items, accounts, taxes, invoices, payments, credit notes, bills and purchase orders. Access is limited by the workspace’s roles and servicing relationships.

Credentials and processing

Intuit authorizes the connection. Solidlio stores provider credentials and the company identifier encrypted, with separately configured encryption keys. Customer records are hosted in Canada as described in our privacy policy. Credentials and accounting payloads must not be included in support messages.

External AI

Solidlio restricts external AI processing for workspaces that can contain QuickBooks information, including after disconnection. A user’s AI consent does not remove this restriction.

Disconnecting and retention

Disconnecting stops synchronization and starts revocation of Intuit access. An encrypted credential may be retained temporarily while revocation is retried. It is removed after confirmation. Existing business records are retained for the accounting functions for which they were collected and for applicable legal obligations; disconnection is not a request to delete those records.

Account closure and deletion requests are handled through our privacy process. Any required legal retention and the treatment of backup copies are assessed as part of that request. Removing records from Solidlio does not remove records in your QuickBooks Online company.

Contact

Request access, correction or deletion through privacy@solidlio.com. For connection problems, contact support@solidlio.com.
